Mechanics[edit | edit source]

The spell starts out with a random initial angle, but is static with respect to that angle. As such, you can memorize paths through the bullets to dodge or graze them. Furthermore, since the angle of each wave is determined by the angle of the previous, you can use formations in the previous wave as visual cues for the next.

Contrary to popular belief, each cycles is rotated a fixed amount from the previous cycle (more specifically, 30 degrees counterclockwise), and does not re-randomize the angle. This means that if you got a poor angle for grazing the first cycle, the second cycle will likely have a better angle and you can delay your border to the second cycle. However, grazing the first cycle is still ideal because Alice starts out higher during the first cycle, causing there to be fewer bullets that obstruct the optimal graze path on the first wave. Additionally, there will be fewer bullets on screen before the second wave, causing the second wave to have fewer bullets deleted from bullet cap.

Non-Spell #2[edit | edit source]

Just don't do anything stupid or fall asleep, Alice will fire bullets for like 3 seconds and then switch to her second spell card.
